Little Bear Lodge Beverage Options

Little Bear Hospitality has a D-5 liquor license and can serve all legal beverages. Alcohol is an option for all parties, but is not required. Alcohol may not be brought into the building and the alcohol sold must be consumed on the premises. There is no set minimum purchase at parties or events. Patrons must pay for bartenders at $100 each. Straight shots will not be served. Price changes will not affect previously booked events. (03/22/08)

The following is a list of some standard beverage options that are available:

Non-Alcoholic Package ($2.95 per person) This includes: Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Fruit Juices, Bottled Water, Coffee and Tea. Use of Glasses, cups and cleaning.

Table Wine (Prices start at $12 per bottle and up.)

Bottles of select white and red wine are placed on each table for consumption during dinner.

Champaign Toast ($2.50 per person)

Option may be for the wedding party, limited number of guests, or the entire crowd.

Cash Bar

The Patrons would pay for their drinks as they are served. Domestic Beer is $3.00. Import beer is $3.75. House wine is $4.95 per glass. Well mixed drinks are $5. Premium drinks slightly higher.

Prepaid Amount

A particular dollar amount is pre-purchased by the client for a limited open bar and when that amount is used up; the bar is either closed or converts to a cash bar.

For example: $1,200 would purchase 400 bottles of beer.

Open Bar Options (Minimum of 50 persons for 3 consecutive hours)

These options are priced per person, multiplied by the number of hours of the event.

Beer and Wine Only ($3.75 per person per hour)

This includes domestic beer and house wine. Budweiser, Bud Light, Budweiser Select, Michelob Ultra, Coors Light and Miller Light are available. Imports may be added for .20 per person. Patron may have the option of their guests paying for mixed drinks on their own, if desired.

Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks ($4.25 per person per hour)

This includes well mixed drinks, juices, mixers, domestic beer and house wine. Budweiser, Bud Light, Budweiser Select, Michelob Ultra, Coors Light and Miller Light available. Import beer may be added for .20 per person.

Beer, Wine and Premium Mixed Drinks ($4.95 per person per hour)

This includes premium brand mixed drinks, juices, mixers domestic beer and house wine. Budweiser, Bud Light, Budweiser Select, Michelob Ultra, Coors Light and Miller Light available. Import beer may be added for .20 per person.
