Little Bear Lodge is the newest golf course in Central Ohio. It is a great place to hold your special event. Hold your Wedding receptions, Corporate Meetings, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, Club Meetings, Golf Outings or any type of Special Occasion.

Here’s a brief description of the clubhouse and the services that are offered:

The clubhouse is a two-level building over-looking Little Bear Golf Club. The first floor (ground-level) is street level from the front. Your guests may be dropped off under cover and walk right in the main entry without navigating any steps.

From the ceramic tiled reception area to the 20 impressive Italian marbleized cut-glass Chandeliers in the main ball-room; your guests should be pleasantly surprised. The name “lodge” is not meant to be misleading; but the interior design is not rustic, but classy and elegant.

The first floor is elevated from the back and a 120′ rear wall of virtually all glass provides a wonderful view of #17, the Island Green and overlooks the entire golf course. There is a walk-out covered deck for outside viewing.

The Majestic room has 14′ high ceilings and can accommodate 500+ for cocktail style parties. This room has a total of 3,600 sq. ft Sit-down dinners would comfortably hold 300 persons. There are actually two oak hardwood dance floors. Neutral colors were selected to allow the flexibility for a wide range of party accents and themes. Reserve the Majestic room and the exclusive use of the entire first floor of the facility is yours.

For smaller events and gatherings; a sound-proof partition divides the Majestic Room into two smaller rooms. The Imperial Room (2,160 sq ft.) can accommodate up to 175 and the Regal Room (1,440 sq. ft.) is for parties of 120 or less.

Both of these spaces have the picturesque view of the golf course with the full glass rear wall and each room has a dance floor of its own. As a matter of information; both areas are set up for entertainment or corporate functions. There is a wireless microphone system, Bose speakers and Plasma 60″ large screen TV’s for viewing or for showing power point and other media presentations.

The in-house caterers provide complete food and beverage service and menu options for your event. Sit-down dinners or buffet style events can be customized to your tastes. Prices range from $15.00 and up, depending on your dinner taste and entrees selected. Round tables and comfortable high-back chairs are on-site and included without charge. Optional linens are available for a fee. A full-service bar offers all legal beverages.

Room charges are scaled by the time of year, day of the week and length of the event. Rates are also based on the amount of space being utilized. The rates literally run from as low as $50 per hour for daytime events to as high as $3,000 for the entire facility on some selected peak Saturday nights. The room charges do include: use of the tables and chairs, the speaker system, the microphone, the DVD players and large screen TV’s. Dishes, glassware and silverware are also included with the preferred caterers. Custom packages are available too.

Wedding ceremonies can be held indoors or outside. Outdoor tent parties can be held on the golf course too. This can be any type of reception, banquet or party; it can be held independently or combined with a golf tournament, outing, corporate event, etc.
